Estimates

Prices shown on this website are estimates based on the trip details you enter. Route changes, additional stops, extended waiting time, tolls, parking, or inaccurate trip information may adjust the final fare.

Confirmation

Submitting a request does not reserve a trip. Every reservation is reviewed and confirmed personally, and you will be contacted using the method you selected. Your trip is scheduled only once we confirm it.

Passengers

Transportation is provided in a single private vehicle for up to four passengers. Passengers must wear seat belts, and child passengers must be secured in an appropriate car seat, which you may bring with you.

Concierge delivery

Delivery pricing is separate from passenger transportation and does not include the cost of goods. Prescription pickups require your authorization at the pharmacy. We may decline any request that is unsafe, illegal, or outside our service capability.

Conduct

The vehicle is smoke-free. Service may be ended for unsafe or abusive behavior, and the fare for the completed portion of the trip remains due.
