Cancellation Policy

Plans change — just let us know as early as you can. You can cancel yourself from your ride page or from My Rides, or call or text 985-363-7606.

Free until 2 hours before pickup. Cancel a confirmed ride at least two hours before your scheduled pickup and there is no charge at all.

A request that hasn't been confirmed yet is always free to cancel, whenever you cancel it.

Cancel a confirmed ride inside that two-hour window, or don't show up at the pickup location, and we may charge the minimum fare for the trip. Nothing is charged automatically — we review each one and will contact you first.

If we ever have to cancel on you — weather, mechanical, or otherwise — you are not charged, and we will tell you directly and as early as possible.
