Cancellation Policy

Plans change — just let us know as early as you can. Call or text 985-363-7606 to cancel or reschedule a confirmed reservation.

Cancellations made at least two hours before your scheduled pickup are free of charge. Same-day cancellations inside that window, or a no-show at the pickup location, may be charged the minimum fare for the trip.

For concierge delivery, cancellations made before we begin shopping or pickup are free. Once goods have been purchased on your behalf, the cost of those goods remains due.

If we ever have to cancel on you — weather, mechanical, or otherwise — you are not charged, and we will tell you directly and as early as possible.
